The main guy was such a contradictory dick that when they finally decided to get together On The very last page, I wish for the woman sake that they didnt. He's prolly turn out to be a nice guy but the entire book he was standoffish, rude and just plain mean and his only redeeming quality is that her kept her from being murdered, WHICH WAS HIS JOB. And the poor girl was in love with him? I don't get it, and I just feel sorry for her.

Unforgivable Tracers Laura Griffin 9781439152966 Books Reviews

This book is a perfect blend of suspense and romance. They just do not come any better than this. Laura Griffin is at the top of my list of writers of this genre. I like the whole concept of the Tracers series. I particularly like learning all the information about bodily remains and what they can tell you about the person. I find this fascinating even though I would not personally like to do this kind of work. I like this story so much that I have already bought a second book in this series. I highly recommend this book.
This is one of my favorite tracers books. I think it gets to the heart of the series. The love story is interesting, great characters actually, but I also love how well it shows so many functions that exist within the Delphi center. I also love that we see so many of the rich characters throughout the building, some we have known from before. The fact that everything isn't all laid out nicely in a package, in fact major setbacks have to be overcome, makes me rank it one of her best.
I read Twisted, Untraceable and Unspeakable - one right after the other and I totally enjoyed the books. I really liked the characters especially Wolfe, Nathan and Troy. I was hoping to have the same reaction to Unforgivable but I didn't. I had a hard time getting thru it and I think it is partly because I really did not like Ric. I liked Mia in the other books but I did not like her in this one and I feel as if the whole plot was choppy. I don't feel as if it was fast paced at all. Maybe the difference is that I was able to read the last three in one sitting each and this one I have had to pick up and put down for work - but I'm finding other things to do at home instead of finding time to read so it isn't holding my interest as well as the other books did. I really like this author and I would definitely recommend her books but I would recommend saving this one for a day when you have nothing better to read.
I received my book yesterday and was so excited. When I opened it, I realized it was printed upside down. then after closely looking the book is printed backwards so when you read it, you are reading from right to left! The entire book is upside down and backwards. The cover is right. Not sure what happened but I am going to do my best to read this backwards book. You may need to let your publisher know someone put the paper in backwards or something.
Untraceable follows Alex and Nathan as they navigate a case that is personal for Alex. One of her former client is missing but according to Nathan, there is no proof of any foul play. So they both go on to investigate what really happened together.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was such a quick, easy read and I was unable to put down the book. The plot and the romance hooked me from page one. I'm hooked and will continue to read the rest of the series. Laura Griffin has made a fan out of me.

First let me just say, I'm in love with Ric myself (and his partner Jonah who gets the next book) -) He's very sexy and intense, and the chemistry between he and Mia sizzles at times. I liked Mia, my complaint with her and the book in general were some of the decisions she made, and why she was a target to start with. Maybe I didn't pay enough attention, but I never really "got" why they were trying to kill her. She wasn't the only DNA tracer, and if she figured something out, chances are someone else would too. Which brings me to my MAJOR criticism and it's a bit of a spoiler alert when they threaten her nephew, why doesn't this woman who is close with so many cops, call one of them after she knows her nephew is safe, and why didn't she take something OTHER than the evidence and burn it? The bad guy would not have known what she was burning, and her reputation would be intact. And then lying about it all even after Sam is safe was stupid. These just weren't things I thought a smart woman would do. But overall, I'm enjoying this series and would recommend it to anyone who likes romantic suspense.
I just discovered Laura Griffin! Where have I been? I'm reading the Tracer series in order, and I've loved each one. I'm on # 5 right now. In this story we meet Mia Voss, a DNA expert at the Delphi Center, a private forensics lab. She has a completely reliable reputation, and she is greatly sought after for her conviction and expertise. Suddenly she is thrown into a wash tub of murky water and distrust. How she solves this mystery with the help of Detective Ric Santos is the basis of the plot. Great story with twists and turns and a super hero.
